Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer free delivery to most UK addresses.  From the date of your order being accepted, delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days for standard items.  Personalised items will take slightly longer and may take up to two weeks during busy times. If you require an urgent delivery, please get in touch here and we will aim to accommodate your requirements as best we can.

For UK orders and delivery, we use reputable courier My Hermes and Royal Mail who both provide a fast and reliable delivery service. Many of the UK’s top retailers use 'My Hermes' service, which is fully tracked. Some orders require a signature on delivery, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package at your chosen delivery address.  Please be advised where possible and mainly in the local area, your order will be hand delivered by Beloved Creations.

Overseas delivery? We would be delighted to assist with the delivery of your special item, therefore please do get in touch here and we can advise on delivery options to meet your requirements.

 

 

How to return or exchange an item

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of nappy cakes as these contain sanitary items which cannot be resold. If you discover a problem with your order then please get in touch with us and we will do our best to put things right.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we do all we can to ensure that every buying experience with Beloved is a good one. 

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please call or email us as soon as possible, as we may be able to resolve your problem.  Please include your order number and a description of the problem in any correspondence, and photographic evidence if appropriate.  If you require to return a product to us for a refund, please let us know in writing (an email is acceptable) before sending the item back.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order.  This includes any standard delivery charge paid at the time of ordering, but excludes any supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery.  Refunds are also subject to certain products exclusions listed as exceptions below.  Returns cannot be accepted nor refunds given after expiry of the 14 day period.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs for any item returned for a refund, unless the product is faulty or not as described.  Please ensure that returns are packaged and protected appropriately using the original packaging supplied, and that you use a tracked and insured reputable courier service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost or damaged during transit.

It's very important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.  We'd expect this to mean that the item is returned in its original packaging, with all labels intact, and that it's undamaged and unused. In the case of toiletry products, this includes unbroken seals.  We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from any refund or to reject a return outright if any of these criteria have not been met, or if the value of the returned item has diminished due to unnecessary handling by you.  All judgments will be in our sole discretion.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and cannot be for a value more than the original amount paid.

Exchanges

We regret that we do not offer exchanges at the present time.  Should you require a different product to that purchased, please follow our returns procedure outlined above and place a new order for the item required.

Products we're unable to cancel or refund

We can't offer refunds on the following items, unless faulty or not as described:

  • products which have been personalised for you, such as customised or bespoke gifts
  • perishable goods such as flowers, food or drink
  • gift cards, including e-gift cards
  • products which contain sanitary items such as nappies
  • toiletry products after the seal has been broken, and toiletry products which do not have a seal
